Optional analytics
After consent, OPA records anonymous page views, CTA clicks, configurator usage, selected server tier, contact starts, contact submissions and language changes. Analytics are first-party and no third-party advertising pixel is installed by default.
Manage consent
Visitors can accept analytics, switch back to necessary-only mode and export local analytics data from this page. Privacy requests can be sent to info@tomcheniaux.tech.
Tracked events after consent
- page_view — page, language, referrer and UTM context.
- cta_clicked — CTA text and target URL.
- configurator_viewed / configurator_changed — users, profile, intensity, data volume, energy profile and recommended tier.
- contact_started / contact_submitted — lead journey and attached configurator context.
- language_changed — switch between English and French pages.
If a central analytics endpoint is configured later, the same events can be sent through window.OPA_ANALYTICS_ENDPOINT and the privacy policy should be updated with retention details.
